Vacheron Constantin Overseas Chronograph in stainless steel with a white textured (waffle/crosshatch-pattern) dial, three subsidiary registers, date aperture at 12 o'clock, applied baton hour markers, and black hands. The integrated steel bracelet has the characteristic Overseas alternating brushed and polished links. The solid case back is engraved with the Maltese cross motif. Accompanying paperwork is present: a Vacheron Constantin certificate card specifying metal as Acier (steel), and bearing a distributor stamp from "cadrans" dated 20.05.06, alongside what appears to be the original box visible in the background.

- Good to very good; the case and bracelet show light surface wear consistent with use, with minor scratches visible on the bracelet links. No significant dents, deep scratches, or dial damage are apparent from the photographs.
