Swallowtail guidon in brick-red cotton fabric with appliquéd yellow numerals '674' in the lower field and a yellow appliquéd Transportation Corps insignia — a ship's steering wheel encircling a winged wheel — stitched in the upper field with lavender/pink embroidered detail on the central device. The numerals and insignia are cut fabric pieces stitched to the ground cloth; close-up shows the yellow appliqué is cracking and lifting at the edges, particularly on the '7' and '4'. The hoist edge is folded and sewn into a sleeve for a staff, and a partially legible manufacturer's or government label is tucked inside the sleeve, with visible text including 'SEPARATE' and a partial contract or lot number.
