A single broadsheet newspaper, The Dallas Times Herald Final Edition, with the banner headline "Mourning Nation Bids Chief Farewell" and secondary headline "Tip to FBI Warned of Oswald Death." The front page carries a large black-and-white wire photograph depicting the moment of Oswald's shooting in the Dallas police basement. The paper is heavily tanned and browned with age, edges are ragged and worn, and there is foxing and general brittleness consistent with decades of storage without protective encapsulation. A second newspaper, The Dallas Morning News (Monday, November 25, 1963), reading "Club Owner Kills Oswald," is also visible in the photograph beneath the Times Herald but appears to be a separate item laid alongside for the shot.

Condition

Poor to Fair — significant tanning, browning, and edge deterioration throughout; paper is brittle with ragged margins.
