Royal Guard's Uniform
Scarlet wool coatee-style tunic with a standing black collar edged in white/cream piping, matching black cuffs with cream-edged gauntlet flaps bearing four silver-tone buttons each, and a single-breasted front closure with a row of approximately eight to nine silver-tone buttons. The buttons display a crowned foliate device with a surrounding inscription, consistent throughout front, cuffs, and rear skirt panels. The rear features two ornamental skirt flaps in cream with black trim and a central white back-seam stripe, each flap carrying four silver-tone matching buttons; two further buttons appear at the waist. The interior shows a dark navy lining with red piping visible at the front facing, and a cream/off-white interlining at the chest. Scattered surface fibres and minor thread pulls are visible on the sleeves and body; no structural damage is apparent.
