French Indochina – Hue region cloth escape map (Sheet J)

Printed cloth escape map, Sheet J, covering central French Indo China and eastern Siam (Thailand) as legible in the title block. The map is printed on a lightweight, off-white woven fabric in multicolour — terrain rendered in ochres and oranges, political/administrative borders in red, rivers and coastal areas in blue, with black place-name typography throughout. An inset orientation map appears in the upper right corner alongside the bold 'J' sheet identifier. The fabric is unfolded and laid flat, showing a regular grid of fold creases across the full surface; there is general yellowing and toning to the cloth, and some localised brown staining or foxing visible in the upper left quadrant, consistent with age and storage.
